Working with the very best engineers, designers and architects, MAAS Aviation applies its 30 years of experience in operating aircraft paint shops. The company designs, project manages and delivers state-of-the-art paint shops for its own use and for OEM customers. To date MAAS Aviation has completed the construction of paint shops in Shannon, Ireland; Maastricht, Netherlands; Hamburg, Germany; and, Mobile, Alabama.

MAAS Aviation has provided and continues to provide high quality aircraft painting services to over 250 aircraft operators, OEM manufacturers, airlines, lessors and MRO companies from dedicated paint facilities located in the Netherlands, Germany and in the US. To date, the company has painted over 3,000 aircraft of all types.
During our long and successful history, the company and its key management have built up extensive experience and expertise regarding the refinishing of multiple aircraft types and the use of the latest coatings and equipment technologies. At all locations we can also provide paint support services required by customers to include engineering support (Part 145 and 21), defueling, weighing, and full graphics capabilities.
MAAS Aviation has defined formal in-house training programmes and currently employs over 100 skilled and experienced paint technicians who are highly trained on surface preparation and the application of the most advanced primer and paint systems using the latest spray equipment available.
In-house production of customer livery spray masks, decals, technical lettering, and mandatory markings.
Our graphics department can manufacture stencils, decals and stickers for any livery requirement to include complete technical marking sets for any aircraft type, including multiple language markings and temporary registration sets. We also have a capability to produce large scale special event/promotional stickers which can be applied on location by our experienced graphics team.
We can also produce full livery design art work and technical drawings.
At all of our MRO painting locations in the Netherlands, and in Mobile, Alabama, our painting activities are supported by Part 145 qualified MRO partners which can provide full engineering support to include aircraft towing, stage inspections and release to service for all aircraft types, as well as defueling, weighing (both physical and calculation methods), flight control balancing, and NDT.
