Dublin, Ireland: January 2nd 2020: MAAS Aviation has Richard Marston as its new Director of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing – Europe, Middle East and Africa. Richard has over 35 years of experience in the coatings industry, working for companies such as Herberts, DuPont and AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings. Mr. Marston’s aviation experience includes working throughout Europe in support of the key original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), airlines, leasing companies and part 145 repair stations (MROs).

“Richard is known for leveraging his skills as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt to optimize service value by building lean solutions crafted to customer requirements” said Tim Macdougald, MAAS Aviation’s Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to have Richard on the team as we work to grow our aircraft painting business in Europe and abroad.”

Marston will be based at the company’s Maastricht operating site in the Netherlands and will be the primary point of contact for sales and business development inquiries in the region.
