Proudly Supporting Flight Works Alabama

MAAS Aviation Sponsors the New Interactive and Educational Center in Mobile.

Mobile, Alabama: MAAS Aviation is pleased to be recognized as a sponsor of Flight Works Alabama. Spearheaded by Airbus and the State of Alabama, Flight Works Alabama is a comprehensive aerospace exhibition and education center. Flight Works Alabama’s 15,000 square foot facility houses over 40 hands-on exhibits, a classroom, workshop, fabrication room, drone aviary, and more!

MAAS Aviation has contributed in-kind services in addition to a financial donation as a sponsor of the center. The company’s team in Mobile proudly pained an A321 rudder which is serving as the feature piece for the center’s exterior signage. The company’s financial contribution is supporting one the many interactive exhibits, a virtual reality aircraft painting simulator.

“Engaging with and supporting our local communities is of the utmost importance to MAAS Aviation” said Geoff Myrick, MAAS Aviation’s Chief Operating Officer – US. “Sponsoring Flight Works Alabama gives us the opportunity to invest in the future of aviation by connecting our industry to the education sector and aspiring young aviation and aerospace enthusiasts.”
