The HR Business Partner will focus on facilitating effective collaboration between the HR team, management, and employees across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.

  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics, including turnover and absenteeism, and propose actions to improve performance.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on performance management, workplace conditions, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on group-wide initiatives, such as employee engagement, well-being programs, and leadership development.
