Appointed as Chief Executive Officer in March 2023, Jan leads MAAS Aviation’s team in pursuit of its strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, and to build new and existing long-term partnerships.

Jan is an experienced executive and board member with over 25 years international experience in the aviation services industry. He has a proven track record of forging strategic relationships and creating operating models that drive consistent best-in-class customer experience, creating value for all stakeholders.

Jan holds degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and Business Administration. He is an INSEAD, Global Executive Program alumni, and is a graduate of the College Program for non-executive board members.
