This month, at the MAAS Aviation facility in Kaunas, our team welcomed 30 children from local school, Kauno Juozo Grušo meno gimnazija, to participate in a hands-on introduction to the world of aviation and industrial operations.

The Careers Day event was designed to not only showcase career opportunities but also to inspire young people through practical learning experiences. Students took part in a structured program including a safety and waste management presentation, a LEAN construction simulation, and a hands-on sanding and painting workshop.

A special thank you to our Kaunas team, including storers and production staff, for their support in delivering a truly memorable Careers Day for these children. We also thank Olga Denisova for her excellent coordination in bringing the day together so successfully.
