Painting the past
The MAAS Aviation Woensdrecht facility, recently undertook a very special project to mark the 80th anniversary of the day The Netherlands was liberated in WW2.
This Noorduyn C-64 Norseman transport aircraft was lovingly restored to its former glory by our talented team.
“We are privileged and proud to have contributed to this important tribute, honoring the legacy of the Second World War which is certainly important and meaningful, under the current circumstances in the world” commented Danny Hakker, Chief Executive Officer at MAAS.
The freshly re-painted aircraft, owned by Stichting Noorduyn Foundation, was presented at Lelystad Airport in May 2025.
