Richard Marston, COO, speaks to MRO Management about complex aircraft liveries

In the March 2026 edition of MRO Management, Richard Marston, CCO at MAAS Aviation discusses shifts in the aircraft painting industry towards increasingly elaborate liveries.

Marston stresses the importance of technical expertise and experience when it comes to delivering these projects, highlighting that through training and a collaborative approach, artistry, and engineering can successfully coexist.

“MAAS Aviation offers a structured training programme that takes painters from Level 0 to Master Painter Level 5. The expertise of our senior team has been honed over the years and is constantly shared among employees through a collaborative team approach.”
