Roisin joined MAAS as Finance Supervisor in 2012, after successfully qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Due to her professionalism and keen eye for detail she quickly progressed, currently holding the position of Group Finance Director, where she is responsible for the Company’s overall performance management. Richard Marston

Richard has over 35 years’ experience working in the aviation coatings industry, previously holding positions with Herberts, DuPont and AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings. Joining MAAS in January 2020, he brings a wealth of knowledge gained working throughout Europe with key original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), airlines, leasing companies and Part 145 repair stations (MROs). Richard is focused on working in partnership with customers to deliver the highest quality service at maximum value.
Geoffrey Myrick

Geoff joined MAAS Aviation in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer for US operations. Having previously held senior level positions at component and airframe maintenance facilities, his appointment brought regionally relevant aerospace management experience to support the Company’s growing US interests. Geoff holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama. As COO – USA, Geoff is the accountable manager responsible for MAAS’ North American business unit’s operational performance and strategic growth.
Andrew Hoad

Recognised industry authority, Andrew, brings to MAAS valuable airline technical and leadership experience in all aspects of aircraft maintenance and operation, having held senior leadership roles at Cathay Pacific Airways and Haeco in Hong Kong, and more recently completing 14 years at Emirates Airline in Dubai. His role at MAAS Aviation will focus on operations, investment, strategy, and airline engagement with an eye on contributing to the Company’s international growth in both its OEM and MRO business divisions.
Mark Gidman

Mark began his career with MAAS Aviation in 1989 as an aviation painter supporting operations across Europe. A top-level production operative with technical expertise, his ability to lead and organise complex projects makes him a highly effective programme manager. These skills quickly expanded his role and lead him to advance in the Company. Mark has been a key contributor to every MAAS site opening since 1989 and continues to install and oversee the Company’s production, quality, and supply chain standards across its growing network of operations.

Appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2017, Tim leads MAAS Aviation’s growth and expansion plans for the long-term, sustainable success of the organisation. Over the last decade, he has been integral in establishing MAAS’ commercial direction and forming the financial structures needed to deliver the Company’s vision. During this time, he has overseen MAAS’ dynamic growth trajectory, from a single hangar in The Netherlands to today operating eleven paint shops across Europe and the United States, capable of handling 490 aircraft per year.
